The rules of using workrem.com.
These are the terms you're agreeing to when you use our site or buy from us. We've kept them as plain as we can while still being legally clear.
Who we are
“Workrem” refers to Workrem LLC and the website workrem.com. “You” refers to anyone using our site or buying from us.
Using our site
You can browse and shop our site for personal use. You agree not to use the site to commit fraud, scrape content for resale, attempt to bypass security, or violate any laws. You agree the content on our site (text, images, brand) is owned by us and can't be copied or redistributed without permission.
Accounts
You can create a customer account to track orders and save addresses. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pricing and product information
We work hard to keep product information accurate, but errors happen. Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price (a clear pricing error), we reserve the right to cancel orders for that product. We'll always notify you and refund you in full if this happens, and you keep any free items if applicable.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, that's an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email, but the contract isn't formed until we ship the order. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for: out-of-stock items, suspected fraud, billing/shipping address mismatches, or pricing errors. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss transfers to you when the package is delivered to your address.
Returns and refunds
See our Return Policy. 30 days, full refund, customer pays return shipping unless item arrived defective.
Warranty
See our Warranty Policy. Manufacturer warranty against defects, length varies by product.
Limitation of liability
Workrem's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, like lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we knew such damages were possible. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited under applicable law (like death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Disclaimer
Our products are for general consumer use. We're not medical professionals, our products are not medical devices and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition affecting your back, wrists, or other body parts, consult a qualified medical professional before using ergonomic products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Workrem against any claims arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
