Return policy

We make it right when something goes wrong, and we accept change-of-mind returns on unopened items too.

The short version

We accept returns and issue full refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or shipped in error, at no cost to you. We also accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days on items in original, unused, unassembled condition, with the customer covering return shipping in those cases. Items that have been opened, used, or installed are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Free returns (defective, damaged, or wrong item)

You may request a free return or replacement within 30 days of delivery if any of the following apply:

  • The item arrived broken, cracked, or visibly damaged
  • The item is missing parts listed in the product description
  • The item does not function as described in its specifications
  • We shipped a different product than what you ordered
  • The item failed within 30 days under normal use due to a manufacturing defect

For these, return shipping is on us. We email you a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund once we receive the item.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply changed your mind, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:

  • The item is in original, unused condition
  • The item is in its original packaging, unassembled and uninstalled
  • You cover return shipping (varies by item)
  • A 15% restocking fee applies
  • Opened, used, or assembled items are not eligible

What does not qualify

  • Opened, used, installed, or assembled items returned for change-of-mind reasons
  • Damage caused by misuse or accident
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window

How to start a return

Email hello@workrem.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if the item is defective or damaged. We reply within 1 business day.

Refund timing

Once we receive and verify your return, we process the refund within 5 business days, minus any restocking fee on change-of-mind returns. Refunds post to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after that.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives with visible carrier damage, photograph the box and contents before fully opening, then email hello@workrem.com within 48 hours. We replace the damaged item at no cost.

Email hello@workrem.com with your specific question (will this monitor arm fit my desk, will this keyboard work with my Mac, what is the seat height of this chair) and we will give you a straight answer before you order.
