We make it right when something goes wrong, and we accept change-of-mind returns on unopened items too.
Our return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns in two cases, described below.
Defective, damaged, or wrong item
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or shipped in error, we'll issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Just email hello@workrem.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If that happens, email hello@workrem.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. We don't offer exchanges for change-of-mind returns — those are handled as refunds, described below.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer covers return shipping.
Refund timing
Once we receive and verify your return, we process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds post to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after that.
