Return policy
We make it right when something goes wrong — and we accept change-of-mind returns on unopened items too.
The short version
We accept returns and process full refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or were shipped in error — at no cost to you. We also accept non-defective returns within 30 days for items in original, unused, unassembled condition — customer pays return shipping in those cases. Items that have been opened, used, or installed are not eligible for non-defective returns. This policy keeps prices low while giving you a real safety net if something goes wrong or if you change your mind on an unopened item.
What qualifies as a return
You may request a return or replacement if any of the following apply within 30 days of delivery:
- The item arrived broken, cracked, or visibly damaged
- The item is missing parts that were specified in the listing
- The item does not function as described in its specifications
- We shipped you a different product than what you ordered
- The item failed within 30 days under normal use due to a manufacturing defect
What does not qualify
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or model and the listing accurately described what you received
- The product fits your specs but you found something else you preferred
- You damaged the product through misuse or accident
- The product is in original condition but has been opened
How non-defective returns work
If you change your mind and want to return an item that is NOT defective, you may do so within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Item must be in original packaging, unassembled, and uninstalled
- You pay return shipping (varies by item, typically $10-30)
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for items that show signs of handling
- Items that have been opened, used, or assembled are NOT eligible
Email hello@workrem.com to start a non-defective return. We respond within 24 hours during business days with return instructions. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we process the refund within 2 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee. Refunds hit your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days from there.

How to start a defective return
Email hello@workrem.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
We respond within 24 hours during business days. If your return qualifies, we email you a prepaid return shipping label and process a replacement or refund as soon as we receive the returned item.
Shipping costs
For approved defective returns, Workrem covers all shipping costs. We send a prepaid return label and ship the replacement at no charge.
Refund timing
Once we receive your defective return and verify the issue, we process the refund within 2 business days. Refunds hit your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days from there. Total time from “I am sending it back” to “money back in account” is typically 7 to 12 business days.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives with visible carrier damage, take photos of the box and contents before opening fully. Email hello@workrem.com within 48 hours and we will replace the damaged item at no cost.
