What's covered, for how long, and how to file a claim.

What we cover

Every Workrem product comes with a 30-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The 30-day warranty applies to all products in our catalog.

What “covered” means

If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, for example, a stitching failure, a motor that stops working, a hinge that breaks under normal use, we'll repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, free of charge. The choice depends on the issue and replacement availability.

What's not covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function, damage from misuse or accidents, modifications or unauthorized repairs, or commercial use beyond stated rated cycles (where applicable). It also doesn't cover problems that were obvious at delivery and not reported within 30 days.

Filing a warranty claim

Email hello@workrem.com with the following information:

  • Your order number (if available, we can look it up by email if not)
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the problem

We respond to warranty claims within 24 hours during business days. Most claims are resolved within 5 to 7 business days from initial contact to replacement shipping.

Replacement vs. repair vs. refund

For defects reported within the 30-day window, we replace the item with a new one and pay return shipping. If a replacement isn't available, we issue a full refund.

Extended warranties

We do not sell or offer extended warranties. We believe the included warranty should be enough, and if it isn't, that's a sign the product itself isn't right.
