Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We're working on Canada and the UK for late 2026.
How fast
Most orders leave our US warehouses within 1 business day. After processing, expect delivery in 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can take 7 to 14 business days.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $14.99 (2-day) or $29.99 (overnight) on most items. Some heavier items like office chairs may have additional shipping fees that are clearly displayed at checkout.
Where it ships from
All orders ship from our US fulfillment partners, primarily California and Pennsylvania. We do not drop-ship from overseas. This is why our delivery times stay consistently under a week, instead of the 2 to 4 weeks common with stores that ship from China.
Tracking your order
Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account on workrem.com to see real-time order status. If you don't see a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@workrem.com.
Carriers we use
UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Home Delivery for most orders. Larger items like chairs and standing desk converters ship via FedEx or UPS freight.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, email hello@workrem.com with your order number. We file the carrier claim ourselves and ship a replacement or refund as soon as the claim is opened, you don't wait for the resolution.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the box and item and email hello@workrem.com within 48 hours. We send a replacement at no cost.
