How we get your gear to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Canada and the UK are planned for late 2026.
How fast
Most orders ship within 1 business day of ordering. Total delivery, from order to your door, takes 3 to 15 business days for standard shipping, including orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $8. Those are our only two shipping options.
Tracking your order
Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you will receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account at workrem.com to check real-time order status. If you do not see a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@workrem.com.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but you have not received it, email hello@workrem.com with your order number. We open the carrier claim ourselves and send a replacement or refund as soon as the claim is filed, so you are not left waiting on the resolution.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the item and email hello@workrem.com within 48 hours. We send a replacement at no cost.
