Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states.
How long
Total delivery, from order to your door, takes 3 to 15 business days, including orders to Alaska and Hawaii. This is the full estimate, not a minimum. Many orders arrive sooner, and yours may reach you before the end of that window.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Free standard shipping is the only option, and it applies to your whole order automatically at checkout.
Tracking your order
Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you will receive a tracking email. If you do not see a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@workrem.com.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but you have not received it, email hello@workrem.com with your order number. We open the carrier claim ourselves and send a replacement or refund as soon as the claim is filed, so you are not left waiting on the resolution.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the item and email hello@workrem.com within 30 days of delivery. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can file the carrier claim. We send a replacement at no cost.
